"The lobby bar closed early (about 10 PM) 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. The bartender said that he has this option if he is not busy enough. We did find this suprising, and have never encountered this anywhere else."

Nativo Lodge is located approximately two miles from Balloon Fiesta Park and nine miles from Albuquerque International Sunport and Old Town. This location is also eight miles from Albuquerque Museum, 25 miles from the Sandia Peak ski area, and 55 miles from Santa Fe. Hotel amenities include the exercise room, indoor/outdoor heated pool, whirlpool, sauna, Spirit Wind's Cafe (with Native American cuisine and seasonal Southwestern specialties), and Lobby Lounge. Room service is available. The lodge is decorated in a Navajo style and 10 12-foot hand-carved wood sculptures line the entryway, with a 21-foot bronze sculpture at the entrance. Large museum-quality Navajo rugs adorn the Nativo Lodge's five-story atrium. All newly renovated rooms feature upgraded mattresses, dual-line telephones, high speed internet access, work desks, easy chair, voicemail, coffeemakers, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, Aveda amenities, separate vanity, gourmet coffee and coffee maker, free weekday newspapers, and in-room movies.
